      Pros

      They try to portray the company as Wonderland, where everyone is happy, everyone is family and everything is perfect. It is the completely oposite.

      Cons

      The closest that you can find of a Sect in the working world. Preference for "Yoloer" type of person and the "Yolo vibe", which means to have no values, bckstab your coworkers and no empathy. Middle management is unqualified, just random people promoted that have been there for a long time. Fakest workplace that i have had the oportunity to work in; the only purpose of the company is to try to paint a reality that is nonexistant. HUGE amount of people leaving and burning out, moving onto other companies in Tallinn. I do not blame them. Important, apply only if you are Brazilian. You will fit like a glove.

      Definitely not a boring place to work, but lack of work-life balance.

      Pros

      - Great place to get involved in projects that are more interesting than your typical office job, and great collaboration with other areas of the business. - Good learning and development options, they actually take an interest if you want to gain new skills (even if they aren't directly related to your job title)

      Cons

      - Benefits are not competitive at all (paid leave is 20 days compared to other companies that give you 25, 30, if not 35 days). Salary is also quite low for the gambling industry and often doesn't line up with the demand of the job. - People in positions that are more critical to the business (or harder to replace) get more flexibility. It's both unfair and demotivating. - Sometimes there is a feeling of founders syndrome and a bit of a 'kiss up kick down' culture.

      Hello, Thank you for your feedback. Our motivation in the company is to be fun, fast and fair. Therefore in Coingaming we focus a lot on our values. In regards to the holiday, we follow Estonian holiday regulations. That means that each team member gets 28 holidays days, plus 3 health days a year. We also offer a competitive salary to each employee and we constantly benchmark them to both the local market and the gambling industry. In addition to that, we provide monthly sports compensation, generous learning and development packages, team events, modern and good working environment.       - Faster decision making - average work-life balance - Average salary

      Cons

      - office politics which can be toxic at times - Leads have zero ethics dont even know how to talk to team members - Work culture being ruined by so called higher ups which lack the cabability to lead the technical team
