Promises but no delivery

Pros

- decent events - good learning opportunities

Cons

- a lot of promises and very few of them kept - your ideas matter, only if you're in the right team and position - people act very different based on your position in the company - company promises sport compensation, then you end up paying it yourself, because they "forgot" to fund the company account ... - they hire some really strange people, so company culture is really messed up - it's hard to concentrate on your work because too many distractions - each team is like a separate entity, no teamwork or communication flows between teams - some people don't want to speak english, they only communicate in their native language - lot's of basic tech issues like failing to keep the wifi up - all in all a waste of time since nobody values your work

Beware the VIP Department: Growth on Paper, Chaos Behind the Scenes

Pros

Decent perks, some genuinely smart and kind coworkers, and the business itself is growing fast—plenty of potential if you're in the right team.

Cons

Leadership is generally two-faced and full of politics. Gossip runs wild. And don’t expect much from HR (They call themselves People Team) they’re basically just there to protect management, not to actually help employees when it counts. The new VIP Director? Total nightmare. She created such a toxic environment. Sharp tongue, zero emotional intelligence, and just completely demoralized the team. I've honestly never seen so many people so afraid to speak up. It got to the point where the whole department felt like it was operating under fear. People were stuck choosing between staying and enduring it just to keep their job, or risking everything to leave. And not everyone can just walk away. But I swear, 9 out of 10 people were thinking about it at some point. I’m one of the few who managed to speak up and get out. I loved my job, but I knew I couldn’t change the leadership, and I knew they weren’t going to change themselves. So I quit, for my sanity. It's disappointing to see upper management turn a blind eye. I know so many people complained, yet nothing changed.
