It seems to be the best place for conniving, unkind, dishonest, insincere, two-faced and power drunk people.

Cons

Managers and team leads do not adhere to work ethics and labour laws. For example they do not carry out any investigative procedures should there be any incident that needs to be investigated. They just go ahead and make their decisions to fire the employee not caring about anything without any compensation. Your Job there is not secured you can be fired at anytime especially when you trying to apply or go for a higher internal position. People of colour don't stand a chance within the company they are treated unfairly and unjustly by managers and leads. There are bad eggs in the leadership position.

Poor management, not enough proficiency, a lot of distractions from random "managers"

Nothing. Zero. Don't expect. They don't care about you.

Cons

I passed the interview and signed the contract, but within a month, the contract was canceled due to business restructuring. They did not compensate for the cancellation of the contract that had already been mutually signed. Believe it or not, I applied for two other positions later, but they rejected me twice. They only care about profit and loss. I have worked with many companies and clients, but this is the first time I have experienced like this poor management. I can say for sure that this is the worst company I have ever seen for. Do not trust this company! Anything! They will fire you without any compensation if they find a reason to do so.
