No training program whatsoever. No communication. Unorganized. Run employees into the ground. Do not compensate for work load

Freedom to work from home - unless you live in Dallas, TX.

Cons

Members and chapter staff in senior-team roles - helping out their personal circles; Expert management within senior leadership is non-existent; Command and control CEO. Zero encouragement of work-life-balance. Job security teeters daily and is based upon any conflict a member may present with an employee. "World Class" means an office in Dallas, TX?

Pros

Autonomy and collaboration. One is meant to be a self-starter, but at the same time I have never worked at a company who nurtures and encourages collaboration the way YPO did. For off-site assignments (such as conferences) I experienced fast-paced turnaround, late late nights but working with a group of people who you trust and support you make it all worth it. Satisfaction of getting things done well and better than before, plus tons of laughter, camaraderie and, yes, fun.

Cons

Many employees work remotely. If you are looking for a true centralized office, then it's not the place for you.
