Autonomy and collaboration. One is meant to be a self-starter, but at the same time I have never worked at a company who nurtures and encourages collaboration the way YPO did. For off-site assignments (such as conferences) I experienced fast-paced turnaround, late late nights but working with a group of people who you trust and support you make it all worth it.
