Excellent opportunity to be exposed to a wide variety of cultures Good to see programs directed to CEO's who have extraordinary amounts of income to spend Generally a good group of people to work with

Cons

Disconnect between executive management and management. The ideas of exectuive management don't always get faithfully executed. Extremely heavy in corporate politics. More time is spent in messaging than is spent in getting the job done.

Not really many pros. They paid employees on time. They do have benefits. You can probably keep your job as long as you'd like.

Cons

Communication, communication, communication. Nothing from upper management. Nothing from peers. You're in the dark. No real input on improving or even helping you have a fulfilled career life. Rampant politics and favoritism.
