      Pros

      Generous PTO and benefits, great pay for the area, hybrid work.

      Cons

      Terrible structure and a toxic work environment. Team leads who are so over it that they don't bother to support people underneath them, especially newbies. Constant changes to work procedures, with customer support facing the brunt of the consequences. Poor communication, and even poorer accountability for mistakes. My biggest complaint, though, is the terrible HR practices. Wouldn't be surprised if they get sued for ADA violations and discrimination.

      Pros

      The environment is really neurodivergent friendly, and the company managed to hire a lot of kind, friendly and diverse people. You can work remote up to 3 months a year, and they will organise parties and get together for the employees to socialise

      Cons

      There’s more behind the facade. As a CS representative, you’re the last wheel. You’re going to work nights and weekends, they will change rules constantly and you just have to deal with it. If your manager likes you and it’s ready to fight for you makes all the difference. Managers will micromanage you and blame you for absurd metrics. Opportunities to move to other roles are few and feel like the Hunger Games.

      I dont remember anything good

      Limited growth opportunity. Micromanagement at top level! Most of employees complaining but nobody cares in management all they care is revenue of company and team leads care their own benefits than team. Workload is a lot simply but salary is not even nowadays to cover monthly costs in Estonia.
