Pros

- Get to travel a couple of times a year to other offices

Cons

*Wow a 4+ rating, this must be a great work place* - Want to spot their fake reviews? Just see their Google reviews which went from 3-ish in Jan'22 to 4.5ish in 2023 and a very similar thing with their Glassdoor reviews. Trust me, even I’m very ignorant to negative reviews assuming a handful of people face these kind of situations, but I can’t be any farther from reality. - Highly political work environment specially because there are people in (mid/junior) management levels who are there for more than 4-5 years. They form a kind of cult and if you are not in the cult you’ll not survive here. You raise your concerns and you are out before you even know where it went wrong - Avoid the "Regional Expansion" teams at all cost. You might get the most awful product/eng work of your life. - Very poor quality eng work, poor tech stack, poor infrastructure, poor deliverables, and poor management of things in Regional teams - The dreaded “Autonomous Teams”, AAAAAHH, pretty screwed up thing. There are a lot of great reviews around this. Give them a read because they are well put than I can try (if those reviews are still not taken down) - Check Team Blind reviews once before making of your mind - This review might sound biased but trust me you’ll come back someday and say thanks

Toxic, aggressive, misogynist hell hole

Pros

Some of the actual people you work with are good Nice office snacks

Cons

The mission is nice in theory but it's never going to happen. The rates for customers keep on increasing and yet they continue to spend millions a year of flying everyone to the company mission days. That's a lot of customer money going for two staff parties a year. Focus is on businesses not regular customers and they're not even doing that well. Had to stop bringing businesses in as they couldn't support them! Lots of incredibly misogynist behaviour across the business especially in marketing and the people team from leadership. This is not a place to come as a woman a hope and have a pleasant working environment. Lots of incredibly aggressive behaviour from leadership and zero support from line managers to help with this. If you're high up in the company you're protected no matter your behaviour. Benefits are not competitive, especially if you don't have children/not planning on having children. They ramble on about the mobile wiser benefit but it's so hard to actual do and comes with so many caveats it's not really worth it.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re really sorry to hear this is your experience. We absolutely do not tolerate behaviour that makes our people feel excluded and unwelcome as it is against our code of conduct. If you don't feel comfortable voicing your concerns to your lead, we would really encourage you to speak confidentially with your local people advisor about this so they can investigate further. They are trained to deal with situations like this and can provide any support you may need.

Don't buy into the hype

Pros

Lots of work related travel. There are a couple of really great people there.

Cons

Very cold employer with little to no attempt at wellbeing. Typical startup thinking; that a fancy office and a ping-pong table is all employee's need. Many people in leadership positions for being last person standing, rather than being a great leader. Very little individuality, it's company at all costs. Saw many people burn out and it was deemed as their fault for not fitting in with the company. Boys club. Overall, a very disappointing place to work. Lots of hype on glassdoor.
