Wise interview questions

Two stages: Maki stage (video recording), then final interview, both online. The final interview was a 1-hour technical interview with two engineers, involving a 30-min pair programming problem, then behavioural questions (some related to culture fit).

I applied and had to complete a three step assessment. It consisted of a logical thinking task, SQL task and a video interview. After completing the assessment, I received no feedback about my result, only got told that they decided not to proceed with me.
