After onboarding you are expected to have as much knowledge as senior specialists. Team leads find it to be a red flag that you ask too many questions and don't know everything by heart. They do not believe that you should know where you can find the answer but rather you need to know processes by heart. Even if you cope with the daily workload well you are expected to not just do your job well but also know what to do in emergency situations which most employees actually don't know. They are extremely dismissive of mental health. You need to keep working even through tears and panic attacks because your performance is measured every second. You can only have 30 min of lunchbreak. Team leads are not supportive of suggestions from newbies and discourage you to ask questions.
