The mission is nice in theory but it's never going to happen. The rates for customers keep on increasing and yet they continue to spend millions a year of flying everyone to the company mission days. That's a lot of customer money going for two staff parties a year. Focus is on businesses not regular customers and they're not even doing that well. Had to stop bringing businesses in as they couldn't support them!
Lots of incredibly misogynist behaviour across the business especially in marketing and the people team from leadership. This is not a place to come as a woman a hope and have a pleasant working environment.
Lots of incredibly aggressive behaviour from leadership and zero support from line managers to help with this. If you're high up in the company you're protected no matter your behaviour.
Benefits are not competitive, especially if you don't have children/not planning on having children. They ramble on about the mobile wiser benefit but it's so hard to actual do and comes with so many caveats it's not really worth it.
