A solid place to work

Pros

Senior management is flexible and accommodating with scheduling needs, especially when communication is clear and proactive. Compensation is above average, with strong bonus opportunities and benefits that are truly competitive and hard to match. The company demonstrates genuine care for its employees and takes feedback seriously. Leadership is receptive and willing to listen, which helps employees feel valued and supported.

Cons

Training is conducted entirely virtually, which may not suit all learning styles. I would have benefited from at least some in-person or live, interactive training sessions to reinforce the material. The audit process is very unforgiving. Even when the majority of requirements are met, a single mistake can result in receiving no credit for the entire category. This can feel discouraging, as it does not acknowledge what was done correctly. The policy and procedure manual is extremely extensive, with an overwhelming number of policies. Given the workload demands, it can take years to fully absorb all expectations, and there is still frequent discovery of new or overlooked requirements. There are numerous systems and platforms in use. While the structure is designed to be thorough and error-free, the volume can feel overwhelming, similar to managing many open tabs at once without clear labeling, requiring employees to independently navigate and piece together information.

Pros

Hour long lunch (but your work day is 9 hours) Floating holidays and pto

Cons

If you are a Sales Consultant, you will have to work until 7:30 by yourself. You are still expected to do tours with no one else in the office and with no one knowing where you are or who you are with. There are no cameras at most properties. They will give you a personal alarm but that is it and the sound does not carry very far. During orientation, they even tell you a story where a tour went wrong and the leasing agent was locked in the apartment with someone in broad daylight with other people in the office.
