My site is great, my direct coworkers and residents are awesome.

Cons

There’s no work/life balance. Pay is not enough for all the extra work thrown on your load in day. Area Directors put work they don’t want to do on Property Managers and other team members. There is no support from upper management. There is no room for growth, they offer opportunities then if the occupancy starts going down because of the AD and ownership the site workers are blamed for the issues then punished and have to do a weekly call to berate you and ask why your occupancy is down, and what you plan or need to do to bring it back up.
