Onsite discounts but staffing issues lead to long hours

Onsite living discount available sometimes. plenty of hours and overtime.

Cons

Too many hours not enough employees. Never a good time to be allowed PTO that must be scheduled 30 days ahead,but is only approved if you’re not short staffed or can find another property to cover the site. Burnout big time! If your not willing to sign your personal life away, your not valued. Company is based in another state and expectations are not the same in all areas.

Yes, property management does have unqiue hours at time due to the demands of our resident but taking PTO is encouraged and your supervisor or area director will be able to assist with any coverage. Pros

Co-workers, great group of people, always willing to help. Managers are firm and fair, doing the best they can with expectations.

Cons

Very difficult to take PTO because there are too many properties per employee, it feels like exploitation after a while. If you take PTO expect to work that many hours before and after. High turnover.
