If you can't or refuse to manage your time, you will struggle. If you can't or refuse to ask for help or use the tools made available to you, you will struggle. There is a high expectation of employees in this company and if you cant perform to the level of commitment you agreed to upon hiring into the company,

to those who talk about cliques - - there is some truth to "it's not what you know but who you know" learn to network and stand out. I feel like the majority of negative reviews on this company are not a fair representation. Is the job hard at times? YES. Are you challenged to reach the next level? YES. its a job (WORK) for crying out loud. They don't hand you a paycheck for giving 50% effort.
