It's an okay company to work for. Selling apartments can be fun and stressful at the same time especially peak season.

Cons

They expect a lot from you but the upper management team never showed appreciation when you're making a lot of sales. You could be the only person in the office managing everything and not get a lunch break. Some of the staffs are really friendly. Sometimes certain staff talk about other staffs behind their back, which made me feel uncomfortable. I like going to work for work, not to gossip.
