Pros
VG is like a big family. VG cares for its employee's more than any company I know and the employees genuinely care for one another as well. VG pours into you and gives you many opportunities to grow. They listen to recommendations and are constantly looking to make the company better. The benefits are great. VG is positive, caring and always looking to be better. I don't know what more you could want in a company!
Cons
The con of VG is the work itself. It's hard!!! There is a lot of pressure to always preform and working with customers you can't have a bad day. There are times I feel like communication suffers. Another con is pay. I know when I was a sales consultant I couldn't afford to live at my sight due to not making enough. I struggled and even know live with in my means and still have a hard time. I also feel like my work life and home life collide at times. On my days off I still have a sight to run. I feel like I am never off of the clock.
