Amazing Company So Far!!!

Pros

As a recent new hire I can honestly say I have been very pleased with my introduction into the company. The overall tenure of the employees spoke volume to me as I interpreted it that everyone loves their job which is why they have been with VG for their length of time. I will post a 6-month follow up to share my experiences after becoming a little more acclimated within the company.

Cons

Honestly, I have not been with the company long enough to provide a fair statement. I have no cons at this time.

I can truly say that if a person wants to grow with a company this is a great place to do that. I was introduced to this company as a part time cleaner and have worked as a leasing consultant to a Property Manager. There are training programs available and encouragement for those who want to advance.
