I've worked for Village Green for a long and in that time Village Green has always made strides to be the best. They offer many classes for training on just about any subject pertaining to your job, so that you can be the best. We work at giving the best customer service , curb appeal and resident events and retention that we can. We make our residents feel like we want them living at our sites and want them to feel like it's their home. We continue to be the best in delivering this. This is are standard.

Sometimes situations are out of our control and residents don't understand

Village Green absolutely believes in their people and encourages their development. They offer so many different paths and programs for you to get right where you want to be, and will give you the tools, time, and encouragement to get there! 10/10 would recommend!
