Pros

The job is convenient for anyone who needs to get around in the Middlesex/Middle River/ Essex location of MD

Cons

It;s too clicky and immature to be a work place, there is no patience, level of understanding. The superiority complex runs too deep within a lot of "team leads" and "supervisors" the job in itself is not hard but the supervisors stress over everything and make it seem as if you can't have a bad call or you're liable to be removed. it's too much for not enough money and crappy treatment, highly do not recommend it.. a job is a job but not at the cost of your sanity
