Pros

Absolutely none. There are no pros.

Cons

The job is degrading. All you get are emails about what you can’t do, or you will get terminated. There are no team huddles to boost morale. There is no talking. You can’t eat at your desk. You can only sit in the break room. You can’t move. All you do is enter license plates for 8 to 10 hours, trying to reach ridiculous quotas, for less than $100/per day. Your back hurts, your thighs burn, your butt hurts. It’s a job for people who can’t do anything else. It makes you feel like you have totally failed in life to be that micromanaged for less $100/per day.

Pros

-can listen to music as you work -sitting down is great if you're disabled like me

Cons

-scumbags. -they use staffing agencies to get around paying employees benefits. Because you're not actually employed by Transcore. The only way to get benefits is to become a supervisor -NO sense of community, camaraderie, or support -all about numbers and money. They chew you up and spit you out -no opportunity to advance
