It's a job. If you thrive on abuse from management AND customers, then it's the place for you!

Cons

Everything else, from Management to the customers. Hostile environment where call volume is EVERYTHING. You will never see the resolution to a problem call unless you take it upon yourself to check the plate. The goal is to service the call as fast as possible, and move on. Rigid environment, going the extra mile is frowned upon, and turnover is rampant. Customers are beyond rude. Does not pay a living wage.

Do you enjoy doing 5 jobs for the pay of less than one? Do you enjoy using outdated equipment and software that best was top of the line in 2001? Do you like being yelled at? Do you like staring at a screen all day identifying pictures while getting eye strain and a headache? Do you enjoy bed bugs at your office and their bites on your legs? Do you enjoy working for a company that will leave a negative mark on your record that could lead to termination after you've passed out on the floor requiring help and an ambulance trip to the ER? If you answered yes to any of the above, look no further this is the place where you belong.
