It's a job. If you thrive on abuse from management AND customers, then it's the place for you!
Cons
Everything else, from Management to the customers. Hostile environment where call volume is EVERYTHING. You will never see the resolution to a problem call unless you take it upon yourself to check the plate. The goal is to service the call as fast as possible, and move on. Rigid environment, going the extra mile is frowned upon, and turnover is rampant. Customers are beyond rude. Does not pay a living wage.
