On contract with a temporary agency.

Cons

Initially told that the contract will last for 6 months, then it turned into 3 weeks. They monitor how long you stay in the bathroom. they monitor everything.

Flex working hours, chance to contribute and never have to stay at the office after hours.

Cons

Manager was very risk-averse and it was frustrating trying to propose ideas that might improve the way things are done. Lack of a career-path - once a Software Developer - always a Software Developer.
