Manager and Supervisors are just...not personable. Unless you are one of their favorites. Professional to a certain extent, otherwise, catty and clique-ish like most places. Manager just does not know how to deal with problems, talks down to you, berates you.
You are seated the entire time (minus break times) so my butt and legs got sore and restless.
Hard to take time off, was afraid to actually, even if for doctor's appointments.
Just a few times workers were sent home early, shorted hours because ran out of work, but not that big of a problem. Steady work mostly.
Depending on which project you are put on - Manual Review 1,2,3, Vehicle Review...etc. 1 being the easiest, VR probably the hardest....they expect you to do VR as if you are a supervisor.
