Pros

Some of the pros working at transcore was the benefit or incentive of a bonus having at the end of the month for completing a set amount of images.

Cons

Some of the cons working at transcore were the hours there which were quite early but plenty of time for family and work balance.

Pros

Not incredibly strict on anything, average pay for manual labor. Basically you get paid for 8 hours but only end up working for 5 hours or so once traffic control is set up depending on the job.

Cons

Poor communication to employees/temporary employees. Most of the time we would be instructed to do one thing by our foreman, then expected to do something else by the project manager.

Pros

Quiet office, so workers are allowed to listen to their own audio (via headphones) to ensure speedy efficiency, which was great. Mostly 8 hour work days, sometimes 10 if workload was high. Processed car license images (people who use EZ TAG), minimum requirement is 650 images, which was fairly easy to do. Anything more than that per hour, you had potential to make bonus, which I was able to do most weeks. Very easy job and paid weekly.

Cons

Manager and Supervisors are just...not personable. Unless you are one of their favorites. Professional to a certain extent, otherwise, catty and clique-ish like most places. Manager just does not know how to deal with problems, talks down to you, berates you. You are seated the entire time (minus break times) so my butt and legs got sore and restless. Hard to take time off, was afraid to actually, even if for doctor's appointments. Just a few times workers were sent home early, shorted hours because ran out of work, but not that big of a problem. Steady work mostly. Depending on which project you are put on - Manual Review 1,2,3, Vehicle Review...etc. 1 being the easiest, VR probably the hardest....they expect you to do VR as if you are a supervisor.
