Upper Management from (at this point) Store managers, District Manager all the way up to Corprate. Corprate keeps us moving product around and have product where it makes no sense. They put complex B's in Multi's because they don't know the difference between the two. Store Managers that don't know anything about the business and don't care, or are abussive, sexually,etc. District Manager that won't let you speak when he asks you a question, or tries to make you feel like its your fault when you try to let him know whats really going on in your Store, or turns everythingaround that you say and then states he doesn't understand.Corprate buyers that don't know anything about supplements. Quite Frankly this Corporation does not care about it's Employee's or the Customers that come into these Stores. Its all about the bottom line. Alot of the VSU classes are out-dated and you have to retrain the new Employee the way things are done . Wages are rock bottom, Even the exploitation of People that have Degrees from Bastyr College. They want to have them as employees for The Vitamin Shoppe just so they can wear the College name on their name tag. So far NO takers on that endevor, the wage is insulting.In the 4 years I have been Assistant Manager I finally recieved in total ONE DOLLAR and TWENTY FIVE CENTS,from beginning to end.
