Pros
its a great place to be able to make an impact on youre customers lives. if youre into health you learn alot and can make changes in youre own health
Cons
you dont get much of a personal life 45 hrs mandatory more like 50 to 60 as a store manager. not very good pay they are a cheap company the company makes alot and is doing great but all employees get is a thank you e-mail. raises are very low even when youre store is doing over plan. Bonus plan is very weak. Very task oriented lots of daily tasks that are not improtant to customers.
