I can't think of any pros to working at this company they got a nice ice machine. If you like to go to work dressed any kind away I guess there would be a pros.

Cons

Very on professional Was in training for week with no access to anything we literally set around and talk and did icebreakers people came to work dressed any kind of way. Horrible atmosphere worst job I've ever had.

None....absolutely none....I resigned today effective immediately after being shorted 6 hours because of their ongoing system issues......I am penalized because their equipment does not work correctly. I won't work for a company that robs their employees.

Cons

You are demanded to log into the system on your days off and on your own time and review your metrics and check the internal email. This can add up to about an hour a week that we have to spend our time and not be compensated for it.......I think that is against the law and now that I am not paid for time that they were fixing my system I may need to see an employment attorney. I am 60 years old and started babysitting at age 12 and have been employed ever since... BS from U of F and this is the worst job I have ever had in my entire life.

Pros

Caring people that make you feel appreciated. I have done this work for 17yrs so I took a year off to travel and see if maybe I would like working somewhere else. I quickly realized that I could never fill the need inside me to help others so completely as I did working in the Kalispell TeleTech. I have since returned and I never regret making that decision, even thought I am having to work my way back up!

Cons

The compensation to go above an associate is meek compared to other companies. I always tell them to move up because you want to help other and make a difference, not to make more money.
