Pros

Very little. As a member of the Sr. Leadership team brought in to make a significant turn around effort, it was a daily battle with the "old political guard". The company is dying with over 23% turnover annually at the corporate level. Senior leaders care about nothing but their bonus, and will intentionally initiate work to damage their peers to improve their own bonus potential.

Cons

Senior Level leaders are pure "yes men" and will sacrifice anyone and anything to insure their own bonus - I have never seen such an unethical company in my career and was grateful when I left the company. You can't change a company if your not supported. Too many old political leaders who accept kick-backs from vendors to line their own pockets.

Pros

You can ignore the three weeks of training because all they will do is go off on personal tangents in between taking a full hour to personally check everyone has the right screen up.

Cons

They will say you have 30 hours to start. You have actually have 8. They are currently being tried in a class action lawsuit for not paying people. Their programs and servers do not work. Ever.

Pros

Working from home, the amount of pay due to the client, Absolutely nothing else.

Cons

Unprofessional, rushed training, trainers didn’t know the content they were teaching as they had no experience in the job role, I was suddenly not able to click back in one day, I had no team lead assigned to me to reach out to, was ignored by my trainers I tried asking for help from, was ignored by 4 people (who first few emails sent about being hired on) I emailed who responded once and never again. I was not paid for the hours the trainer messed up on putting in during training, I could go on and on. Long story short, I guess I was terminated without being informed or on accident and left stuck with their equipment they sent me to work on (a whole desktop computer) because NO ONE will reach back out to me or help me. I have called the only contactable number provided to me during training which is the tech support line, they literally have no HR department or phone number, only a tech support. I have sent numerous emails out to people, I don’t know what else to do.
