- good discount - no uniform ( However very strict on what colours you can wear)

Cons

- strict on what you wear - low pay for luxury retail - stuck up managers - wrong things you do are always pointed out in a nasty and disregarding way - when things go wrong, manager scolds you like a child

Upper Management and HR are just horrible. They don't actually care about their employees. They care about sales goals and conversion. The reason why me and my whole team left.
