great colleagues staff jewelry as a benefit good training programs It all depends where you work (region, office or store etc.)

Cons

diversity only on the paper… gender pay gap is a fact…at least in my region cost cutting refers only to the selected employees, but not to everyone… negotiate your salary at the begging as later pay rise is almost impossible all new comers have much higher salaries than loyal employees
