Poor rota system No work life balance Not much progression Communication from higher up was very last minute, rarely taking into consideration how the store runs and functions Jewellery itself not long lasting as much as they push this narrative HR have no compassion. They have no care for you what so ever and you are seen as a number

Poor upper leadership, little to no communication from upper management, low pay, wants to be luxury but is not even close.
