Of course, we are thrilled to read your list of Pros: “great product, training material is helpful, allocation 4 times a year and incentives for contests”. We love when our employees can wear and showcase our products. In addition, at Swarovski we believe in investing in our people and we are especially proud of the investment that we make in our training programs, providing our employees with the training they need to succeed and get to the next level with Swarovski and in their future endeavors. As for your Cons: “poor management, sales target pressure, SM's always fearing LP and DM , poor work life balance ( was told i cant have a social life) bad area manager”, we are sorry you felt that your manager was not supportive and that you felt pressure to reach your targets. We strive to foster an environment where teamwork flourishes and our associates are happy to come to work and strive to achieve their goals out of a sense of pride for the product they are selling not fear.
