Our hope is to make each individual employee, from our stores to our corporate offices, feel that they are valued. Of course, we love when employees want to share their positive experiences with us and are glad to read your comments “Very nice office and location” and want to thank you for your 3 plus years of service. However you only gave us 3 stars so it is apparent that you have a few “Cons”, in the future should you ever want to share your concerns, please note we have an open-door policy and encourage our employees to share their ideas for the betterment of the company with their supervisor, a Sr Member of management or a member of HR as only with open and honest communication can we maintain a positive work environment. Once again thank you for your feedback, and we wish you much success in your future at Swarovski.

Although it seems you did not have a positive experience at Swarovski , we truly value constructive employee and customer feedback, both positive and negative. Our hope is to make each individual employee, from our stores to our corporate offices, feel that they are valued and Glassdoor is a platform that helps us understand what our employees are thinking. As we are not sure what location you worked at, it is not easy to address your concerns "Upper Management was awful". At Swarovski we strive to create a positive work environment in each of our stores and corporate offices, to achieve this we have an open-door policy and a hotline to allow employees to share their concerns and ensure we address our employees concerns once reported in a timely matter. If you wish to share additional information about your prior employment, please feel free to email or call Customer Service as only with additional information can we work to improve the work environment for future employees. Once again we want to thank you for leaving a review and although you did not have a positive experience, we still hope to welcome you back into our stores as a customer and we wish you much success in your future endeavors.

Our hope is to make each individual employee, from our stores to our corporate offices, feel that they are valued. We are of course, thrilled to read your Pros: “Good pay, team rewards” as we strive to create an environment where teamwork can flourish and thus focus on a team bonus/reward verses individual commission. At Swarovski we feel that when we work as a team, we are better able to achieve our goals and provide superior customer service. As for your comment “Work isn't flexible, staff weren't great” we are disappointed that you were unhappy with the schedule and team. However as much as we try to accommodate our staff with regards to scheduling, the nature of the retail business does dictate working a variable schedule and we are not always able to work around other commitments. As for the staff, we do strive to create an inclusive environment and encourage our employees to share any concerns with their manager, a member of HR or Upper Management. Our Global Retail Bonus Program, was in fact created to compensate our associates based on the achievement entire store and the company, verses the individual to in fact foster a team environment. We are sorry that you had a negative experience and hope to welcome you back into our stores as customer, we also want to thank you for taking the time to leave a review and wish you much success in your future endeavors.
