Pros

Hardworking team in the kitchen.

Cons

Menus are not recipe tested so its sometimes a gamble as to whether they will work or not in class. I also hate that i am asked to push products and make sales when there is no incentive but the resident chef makes a bonus if we, their staff, make our sales goals.

Pros

The discount is great and the products are very nice. The hours are retail, so they are always in flux

Cons

Expect more with less payroll hours, new hires get 5-10 hours a week and the pay for everyone is too low for what it is. Keep looking for a better company, this one is on a downward spiral.

Pros

Fun cooking classes. Customers are great.

Cons

Management seems confused and unwilling to communicate with front line employees. Attrition is an ongoing problem that is becoming impossible. Great annual reviews, but no raise in pay. Poor communication overall. No sales training or follow through.
