High turnover. Long hours. Sometimes goals set for stores were not realistic / practical in application.

Horrible place to work!!! low pay wage, they call you off a lot of the times due to classes being cancelled. The management could care less about there employees, the management will play favorites with certain employees, they talk about their staff while, current staff will be sitting in the room. They do not look at the potential growth of certain employees that dedicate their time to the business.
