Relatively easy work load in comparison to other retail work.

Cons

Management organisation is not up to par. There is no daily brief, no daily instructions on expectations etc - just berated in group chats when these silent expectations are not met. Usually very repetitive work.

You could chat to each other on the head set.

Cons

Massive emphasis on getting customers to buy star buys and sign up for a superdrug card which I know is so annoying as a customer. If you don't upsell enough or get enough sign-ups you're in trouble. They also put me in way more than my contracted hours during uni exam time even after asking for less.
