Pros

Small teams that can make day to day work so much fun. Great people to work with. Annual certificate for free eyewear as well as decent discount.

Cons

Regional managers seem to have too much power and abuse it. Micromanaging store leaders even when stores are excelling goals.

all the managers I’ve met are very rude besides one. All they do is cause drama for everyone and they talk about about their associates behind their back. Don’t put them down as a reference because they will just say bad things about you. They will also spy on you to make sure you do your job right because they don’t have anything better to do and they file fake complaints so they can get you in trouble, or they will have people they know complain about you to the head people.

Tri monthly discount for associates. Meeting different customers all the time. Getting to know them on a personal level as well.

Cons

Management problems were always a constant battle. You can tell They play favorites and who they wanted to wipe out from the company.
