None, None, None, None, NONE.

Cons

Gossip and drama and racism at workplace, when you report it to HR they don't do a thing to solve it but tell you that it will take 6 weeks to find a solution. 2 and 3 hour shifts every day- only allowed up to 19 hours per week, but you barely even get that, you get most of the time 10-12 hours per week. Commission honestly isn't even enough to matter.

Cons

milan is changing the culture of the company and not for the better. All incentives for the teams are being cut back or eliminated. Great people are leaving or their roles are being eliminated. Not the company that it once was

Free pair of glasses for your yearly anniversary, sub-par health benefits for full time employees, the ability to manage a sales team, practising your personal sales strategies, strengthening your interpersonal skills...

Cons

Unrealistic sales goals, the removal of the ability to make 4% commission, only making commission if the region makes goal, decrepit computer system, manually counting sunglasses hours after closing, standing on your feet for hours at a time because you cant have a break since its too busy, middle management performance pressure, no lunch or breaks all because of the "needs of the business," being held accountable for glasses being stolen...HIRE A SECURITY GAURD like Zara if you're so concerned with this, I'm a sales person not a loss prevention expert.
