At my store the manager was wonderful. Got bass pro discounts as well. Mostly low stress. Selling glasses is fun

Cons

Slow on off season. Raises are scarce. Commision is based on meeting goals so it’s not guaranteed. Chao system needs an overhaul, barely works sometimes. We don’t use Sunglass hut registers so instead use bps and it takes a while to get our sales numbers.
