Great people, great work culture, many challenges and new experiences with opportunity to travel as well.

Cons

Slow to promote or cross train for advancements. Must work Holidays and weekends, with night duties common.

Great Potential if Upper Management is open to new ideas

Cons

Quit the backstabbing, the gossip and favoritism. Spend more time learning and doing your job and less time trying to figure out how to sabotage employees who you personally do no care for. I have seen some incredible employees get fired, or forced to leave only because upper management did not like them on a personal level.

50% off Great team Great Management Great environment Opportunities to train more, work in other departments etc. They treat staff very fairly, as soon as something is wrong they will fix it ASAP One of the best hotels I have worked for. Great work life balance Discount on local gym

Cons

Pay rises are done annually (perhaps to make people stay longer) Not much else...
