Great Potential if Upper Management is open to new ideas
Cons
Quit the backstabbing, the gossip and favoritism. Spend more time learning and doing your job and less time trying to figure out how to sabotage employees who you personally do no care for. I have seen some incredible employees get fired, or forced to leave only because upper management did not like them on a personal level.
