Great company to work for, you will find yourself facing many challenges but that is the fun part of the job is figuring everything out on your own and leaving room for your own creativity.

Cons

Spa needed lots of work and minimal budget was available. Long days and nights. Protocols needed to be put into place and working with resilient staff members.

Pros

The people in front line are the only positive element from this hotel. A lot of work to be done so the task is very far from boring. A good job for someone that likes working under pressure.

Cons

Standard as low as expected of the only 5 star in Rabat. Lots of work needed in all departments. The management is unorganized and usually takes one step in the right direction then three in the wrong one.

Nice property with a good name on the market..nice salary package

Cons

Very rude high management, lot of politics, intrigues and manipulation (especially from DOS), no teamwork or any cooperation not a nice place to work at all
