Pros

There are alot of good benefits with this company, paid volunteering, company sponsored happy hours, work from home once a week, no one gets an office (everyone treated equally that way). It's almost near impossible to get fired. (if you suck, you'll have a conversation with the manager, and then about a year later they get transferred somewhere else in the company)

Cons

Quality initiatives and Agile practices are just lip-service. There are many terrible developers in the Southlake/Bangalore branches (although the guys from Poland are pretty smart/innovative). Compensation doesn't scale, people who stick around get very small incremental raises, i.e. 2-3% every other year.

Pros

Super fun team events, growing business, and great opportunities to expand professional skills

Cons

At times things seemed to bog down through decision cycles as several stakeholders were involved, but teams eventually pushed forward
