Pros

There are alot of good benefits with this company, paid volunteering, company sponsored happy hours, work from home once a week, no one gets an office (everyone treated equally that way). It's almost near impossible to get fired. (if you suck, you'll have a conversation with the manager, and then about a year later they get transferred somewhere else in the company)

Cons

Quality initiatives and Agile practices are just lip-service. There are many terrible developers in the Southlake/Bangalore branches (although the guys from Poland are pretty smart/innovative). Compensation doesn't scale, people who stick around get very small incremental raises, i.e. 2-3% every other year.

Pros

Friendly coworkers and managers Good PTO Hybrid work schedule

Cons

Frequent layoffs Unreasonable work expectations No upward movement Low pay vs market Some departments don’t abide by hybrid expectations, so your team may be there 9-5 three days per week while another team shows up once or twice a week for only a few hours. Overly focused on AI while the stock still underperforms.
