      Great Tech Atmosphere

      Pros

      Great atmosphere to succeed and be accountable for a lot in a little time. Loved the fast paced atmosphere and the people are solid, good hearted people.

      Cons

      Fast paced environment and if you're not ready to go for it and give it your all then don't work here.

      Pros

      Great product, great people and a flexibility in work/work style. Lots of room for creativity and personal expression.

      Cons

      Little to no training...ever. No centralized help; need to rely on colleagues for answers to basic questions. Heavy on executives and executive promotions with little justification...seems like a good ol' boy's club or fraternity. Executives are out of sight except for the CEO's weekly message, which at least makes the effort. Town hall events are a joke and are self-gratifying. Terrible time keeping system and beyond dismal expense reporting system...shocking at a technology company.

      Pros

      Multiple Technology teams, can switch between projects, internal transfers, promotions, excellent 401(K) match, good salary and benefits. Java shop.

      Cons

      Too many layoffs, flexibility depends on team and manager, work environment in some teams is unfriendly and hostile, some other teams are very good.
