      Could be worse, but..

      Pros

      Flexibility in some departments to work from home sometimes.

      Cons

      Constantly understaffed, management out of touch. Gave everyone MLK day off only to take a vacation day from us, pretty tacky. Bonus plans can change with no notice, a signed agreement means nothing. Poor communication between departments and business units.

      Cant think of any as the Cons have clouded my mind. I've only experienced worst things so far and can only think & write of it.

      Cons

      ZERO work life balance. In contrary to what they claimed during hiring process my BOSS is really giving me a hard & painful time whenever I need to work from home or need some time off for personal work. Everytime he makes it such a BIG deal. Its frustrating & suffocating when your BOSS is watching & micro managing your every small move. Not sure about other teams but this is what I have experienced in the last few months I have been there. Its so unfortunate as I was so excited after reading the reviews here that there is a very good work life balance, but now within few months of being employed here I'm being forced to look for other opportunities. This is going to haunt me on my resume for ever. I hate it & I totally regret my decision of joining Sabre.
