Pros

Good start at the beginning, nice people, good environment and location

Cons

Not very transparent with plans and ideas. Specific department Heads (directors) are terrible in keeping good relations with the employees which pushes the employees out of the business. Very un-approachable Senior management. Half the time the don't know how the staff is being treated predominantly by some Directors.

Pros

Some team members are lovely to work with if you get lucky but not the management.

Cons

If you care about your mental health, Resource Solutions is not the place for you. This company stands out as one of the worst to work for. Employees who conform to arbitrary business needs are valued far more than those who put in genuine hard work. This toxic environment undermines dedication and rewards superficiality. The result is a constant turnover of employees and clients, as the company struggles to retain either. Resource Solutions' disregard for the well-being and satisfaction of their staff and clients is evident in their revolving door of departures. Prospective employees and clients should seriously reconsider any association with this company. As an MSP and talent solution provider, Resource Solutions fails to meet even basic standards of respect and reliability. They do not value their employees or clients, making them an unreliable and unsatisfactory partner.

Thank you for your review. I’m very disappointed to read your comments, we take our commitment to the wellbeing of our employees incredibly seriously and invest heavily in building a positive and inclusive culture based on collaboration and integrity, where good work is rewarded. We’re proud to be able to support our employees by providing access to mental health support pathways and facilitating training for our mental health first aiders, and for managers to help them support their teams. But we are always open to feedback, and I’d appreciate the opportunity to find out more about your experiences. If you’d like you can get in touch with me at kristen.buckheit@robertwaters.com to arrange a confidential discussion. Kristen Buckheit Managing Director EMEA

Pros

Had great leadership team with Olly Harris and Janine Chidlow Was fun and supportive Used to have varied client base

Cons

Culture changed completely, now getting rid of staff without a care in the world Bleeding dry those left behind, no thought for its people, business has one focus which is the bottom line Losing clients left right and centre, internal feeling is that of a sinking ship

Hello, and thank you for you review of Resource Solutions. I, too, enjoyed working with Olly and Janine, but people's ambitions change and they pursue new opportunities. This is true at every level, from the post room to the boardroom. We still have a varied client base, and we cannot look back at previous leadership teams and become mire in nostalgia. As a business, we need to continue and do all we can to remain a viable employer, a successful business, and a provider of gainful employment. In my opinion, we still have a fun and supportive culture. That is borne out by the incredible efforts our people made for this year's Charity Day, under very different and extremely trying circumstances. The well-attended internal webinars on Cultural Conversations and mental health also demonstrate our transparency and supportiveness. So, while there is always more we can do to support our people, I believe it is important to acknowledge the good work that our people are already doing. In the same vein, this year has been one of extremely tough decisions for our leadership. Their priority was to ensure the business continued to be viable, and could support as many people as possible. There were no easy decisions to be made, and I hope that our people understand this. I can assure you that our Global Leadership Team (GLT) thought long and hard about the decisions they made, and that none of them were made lightly. The GLT are all too aware of the sometimes negative impact those decisions have made on people's lives. Many thanks, Kirsty Adams (Global HR Director, Resource Solutions)
