Pros

- The team members were lovely - 30% discount - free uniform allowance - flexible hours and overtime possibilities - good experience as a first job ever

Cons

- Minimum wage - Monotonous and boring job (4 hours felt like 40) - Not much room for career for progression (nothing for part-timers) - Most of the time awful customers - No training AT ALL - Discount limitations I've been working there for almost a year and honestly... time spent there made me literally hate this brand. The overpriced clothes treated like crap, left on the floor for hours, ripped and still sold at full price...Poor quality.

Pros

Good discount on work clothing and it was fashionable.

Cons

Rude managers and staff. There isn't a 'team' as such, everyone is in competition with each other. Not helpful, sneaky and vindictive. Mangers went off and hid and took longer lunch breaks and left everyone else to suffer on busy days. Disgusting attitude towards staff with illnesses e.g. 'I was ill and I couldn't speak, was in agony and couldn't move from my bed without throwing up'. I rang in and tried to explain the situation and the managers were not having any of it and told me to come in and that they basically didn't care. The thing was I had never had a day off and the one time I really needed too I couldn't. So I had to get my mother on the phone who basically told them no I wasn't coming in as I physically couldn't.

Pros

Get few clothes for free as employee allowance.

Cons

-Unsociable work force: Girls(Pretty) employee thinks they are above all, talk to other colleagues as if they are ugly peasant. -Work as if you are doing factory labour: there is quota of number of item you must finished by every each hour. If these are not met, you have to stay behind until it is finish. -All manager and few staff employee: Majority of people are managers in the store and only few employee. As they are manager, they carry the belief they are superior and treat employee with no respect and as an individual. -Management don't care: As long as the store meet its target, they don't care about your wellbeing -Headquarter visit: You can expected to present the best what has to offer by the store where you don't normally do on a regular basis. -Few employees, more work for you: Management do not employ sufficient number of staff for whatever reasons. Therefore, on various shift you are either hinted, influenced or force you to do extra shift. As one manager mentioned "If you are not finished by this time, you are not leaving. -Lack of induction training: When inducted, you will be shown around the store and off you go.
