      Pros

      Good discount and benefits. Friendly team of staff, very welcoming and positive.

      Cons

      The store manager is unprofessional, unfair and generally quite derogatory towards staff members. They bring their personal problems to work, which impacts all levels of staff. The store has a much more positive atmosphere when they are absent.

      Generous discount . Have met some great friends . Lovely product . Brand has evolved in the last 10 years and fast becoming the leader on the high street however they are not moving every aspect of their business with the same drive... pleas please start looking at your rc's and am's... its hurrendeous how some of them treat people and that's coming from someone who is not on the receiving end but witnesses it too often....

      Cons

      Being humiliated by Senior management to he point they laugh in your face, everything is so negative and no recognition for the hard work you put in. Demoralising, demotivating and upsetting to see this style of management still exists. Time someone stood up to these bullies and supported Ben Lewis is driving his business in a more modern, inspiring, motivating and caring ways.

      Over worked - they say flexible hours but it wont apply to you Under paid - Was told it was my fault for living in Kent and not being able to afford to get in, when they pay below what they should for cost of living Bullying - Everyone is encouraged to undercut and bad mouth each other, especially humilaite and make people feel small and completely tear apart their personality Unprofessional comments - a lot of unprofessional decisions that were agreed by dept managers and will get away with it with HR Micromanagement - cant type an email without someone looking over your shoulder
